Jacob W. Nelson

Jacob Nelson has a strong sense of unparalleled determination, sincere compassion, and a relentless desire to succeed on behalf of those he is representing. Through his work at Elegal Attorneys at Law, he helps people who have been hurt by the wrongful acts, negligence, or misconduct of others. Ever since he was young, Jacob has known he wanted to be an advocate for justice. It was this very passion and drive which led him to the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law, where he graduated with Honors.. He first joined Elegal as a law clerk in 2015, and has been an invaluable addition to our legal team since then.

Upon graduation, Jacob decided to join the firm full-time as an associate attorney. Since joining Elegal, he has worked on numerous cases which have resolved successfully. Jacob exclusively represents plaintiffs in personal injury cases, and has experience in products liability, medical malpractice, negligence, and other types of injury cases. Jacob sincerely enjoys representing injured people who need his help. He takes great pride and pleasure in being able to help people get back on their feet after they have sustained injuries due to no fault of their own.

In his spare time, Jacob enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors. He especially enjoys fly-fishing, hunting, and golf.
