Jeff M. Sbaih graduated from the S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2011. There, he earned high honors in litigation based courses, including class actions, complex civil litigation, pre-trial practice, trial advocacy, and appellate practice. He also was ranked as one of the Top Five Best Oralists and Top Ten Best Writers in the 2011 Moot Court Competition at the University of Utah. Mr. Sbaih also served as the Notes & Comment Editor for the Journal of Law and Family Studies.
Mr. Sbaih also has an extensive legal background. Since starting law school, he worked at the Utah Attorney General's Office, defending the State of Utah in personal injury, employment, tax, bankruptcy, and civil rights cases. He also gained a significant amount appellate experience while serving as a judicial extern to the Honorable Michele M. Christiansen on the Utah Court of Appeals where he drafted numerous opinions impacting personal injury law in the State.
Mr. Sbaih is licensed to practice in both Utah and Nevada and specializes in wrongful death, catastrophic personal injuries, professional malpractice, premises and products liability, insurance bad faith, and commercial law.
